The adorable moment was captured in a 56-second TikTok video shared by content creator and multimedia artist @malay_frenchie_explorer in January.

In the video, the elderly woman nails the pronunciation for Kuala Lumpur, but her first attempt at Shah Alam wasn't quite accurate.

"Shadiruh," she said confidently, eliciting a confused "Huh?" from people behind the camera.

She later corrected her pronounciation, but before they proceeded to the next location, she wondered if Shah Alam was an "alarm".

AhhHHHhhh so cuteeeee ;{

Buoyed by her earlier gaffe, she dives into Muar with gusto, playfully mistaking the town's name for "mutant"

"Mew-ar," she said, her French accent adding a charming touch to the pronunciation.

"MOOOO-ARH," she said in her second attempt, carefully enunciating each syllable.

Struggling slightly with each attempt, she quickly gave up, but not before bursting into a big smile.

The video has amassed more than 1.3 million views, 119,000 likes, and over a thousand comments.

Netizens in the comments section were charmed by her French accent
