M'sian Influencer Gifts BF RM300,000 & Buys KL Billboard Slot To Celebrate His Birthday
Tay Wee Shen said he will use the money to travel around the world with his girlfriend.
A Malaysian influencer and model has gone viral after she gifted her boyfriend a cheque for RM300,000 and bought a billboard slot to play a surprise message on his birthday
Gatita Yan, who is also a music DJ, posted a video of her surprising her boyfriend, Tay Wee Shen, yesterday, 29 May.
The 54-second video shows Tay standing in front of a billboard in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur while blindfolded.
Yan then takes off the blindfold for Tay to look at the surprise message that is playing on the big screen, which everyone at the iconic crosswalk can also see.
"Happy birthday, my papa. Thank you for giving the whole world to me. Love you!" reads the message before a slideshow of videos and photos of their moments together begins.

Yan then pulls out a box and gives it to Tay, who is turning 31
In the box is a cheque for RM300,000, which wows the birthday boy when he sees it.
Tay's friends also join in to surprise him with a cake and sing him Happy Birthday. Yan said the surprise video was played on the billboard for 24 hours until 11.59pm on Monday.
At the time of writing, the video has gone viral with over 180,000 views and 10,500 likes.

Speaking to SAYS, Tay said he was astounded by the series of surprises and will be using the money to travel around the world with his girlfriend
The cryptopreneur, who is also running supplement company The No More Brand, said Yan's driver picked him up at 11pm on Sunday, 28 May, to go to Bukit Bintang.
"The surprise was at 12am. After the surprise, she took me to Samadhi Villa, which is quite a serene place located in the heart of KL. We had lunch in the villa the next day, followed by another surprise party in the evening.
"She invited my friends and her friends. (She) blindfolded me again. We had quite a fun night. After that, we went back to the villa and checked out the next day," Tay told SAYS when contacted.
