Boredom makes people do the darnedest things, including joining grass cutters doing their job by the roadside

TikTok user @renggo69_ has recently gone viral after filming himself "switching jobs" to join two grass cutters after he hadn't received any orders from the delivery platform, Grab.

He was seen imitating the way grass cutters use the machinery, such as pulling the starter cord as if to start the engine, and mimicking the motions of moving the brush cutters left and right on the grass. The grass cutters themselves looked confused for a second before giving the rider a thumbs up.

"Less Grab orders, forced to do grass-cutting," he wrote in the caption.

The video has garnered over a million views, with netizens reacting in laughter over the "invisible" grass-cutting stunt

"Only special people can see the brush cutters," one comment reads.

One asked whether the machine was from another dimension, to which the rider replied: "(An) unseen dimension."

Another user commented: "The grass cutter said: this machine has eaten a lot of grass, don't let it eat you haaa."

The rider responded by saying, "After I (used) the brush cutter, he thanked me for being so helpful, (and) he gave me RM10."

One TikTok user said: "If I was that brother (grass cutter) I would be howling (with laughter)".

The rider then responded playfully, "He laughed, but you didn't hear it."

Aside from cutting grass, @renggo69_ also helped with construction work as a way to pass his time
