Nuzul al-Quran is widely observed on the 17th day of Ramadan each year to commemorate the revelation of the Quran to Prophet Muhammad SAW

On this auspicious day, Muslims often gather for religious lectures and participate in khatam and tadarus ceremonies to collectively recite the holy verses of the Quran.

According to the 'List of Public Holidays 2025' released by the Prime Minister's Department, Nuzul al-Quran falls on 18 March this year.
