A 23-year-old woman in Fujian, China has captured the attention of social media with her impressive work ethic and determination

Through her vlogs on her Douyin account 仔仔非常爱生活, she has shared how she manages four jobs a day, achieving her goal of saving 100,000 yuan (approximately RM60,000) in less than a year.

"You have to work hard for what you want. How do you know it works if you don't try?" she questioned.

Her day typically starts at 4am and ends at midnight, though she clarifies that her schedule isn't always this intense

"I'm a full-time employee with two part-time jobs and run my own social media account. The timing for the part-time jobs vary weekly, so not every day is packed with all four," she explained.

In one of her videos, she shows how she begins her day with her full-time job as a kitchen staff, which starts from 5.30am to 5.30pm. During lunch break, she helps to feed a cat and clean its litterbox, a job she found online at an apartment nearby.

In the evening, she takes on another kitchen job at a dessert shop, and by 11pm, she heads home to rest and edit videos for her social media account.

Despite the gruelling hours, she remains focused on her aspirations

Her combined monthly income of over 10,000 yuan (about RM6,000) allows her to save diligently while still enjoying life.

"I've always loved planning and saving money. This isn't the first time I've hit the 100,000 yuan mark a year," she shared with pride.

As her story gained traction, skeptics initially doubted the authenticity of her work schedule, with some questioning her lifestyle, calling her a "work puppet", and warning about the toll it could take on her health

However, in response, she addressed these concerns candidly: "It's hard not to feel uncomfortable reading such comments, but only I and those close to me know the truth.

"This is temporary. If one day I don't feel well or don't want to work, I'll stop. It's not as extreme as people think," she said.

She also emphasised that she does not push herself to the brink, stating, "I rest when I'm tired, but I'm fortunate to be someone who doesn't get tired easily. Right now, I'm happy and comfortable with my lifestyle."

The young woman added that she will continue to upload her work diaries as a source of inspiration for her followers

"When I first started consistently updating my social media, some followers said my work diaries motivated them. That gave me the drive to continue," she said.

With her 100,000 yuan goal achieved, and having done all the travelling and bought the things she wanted, her sights are now set on buying a house.
