6 Go-Kart Tracks In KL & Selangor If You Love Speed And Adrenaline

1. TraXion Karting at X Park Sunway Serene @ Petaling Jaya

This indoor go-karting spot is perfect during the rainy season or especially for those who dislike being under the sun. It's apparently the largest indoor go-kart circuit in Southeast Asia.

It offers 10-minute sessions for adults with a choice of regular go-karts or double seaters (for those who just wanna sit along for the ride). There's also a 'Kiddie Kart' race track available for little ones, as well as mini race packages. 

Prices range between RM30 and RM200.

2. City Karting @ Shah Alam

As the first go-kart track in Malaysia, City Karting offers several types of go-karts for all levels, whether you're a beginner or not:
- Regular go-karts (70kmph)
- Double seaters (65kmph)

You'll find 125cc go-karts (120kmph) available for members, along with cadet cars for kids age seven to 10 years old. 

Prices range between RM40 and RM60.

3. Sepang International Kart Circuit @ Sepang

Under the same company as City Karting, the Sepang International Kart Circuit is located next to the former Sepang F1 Circuit, making it one of the more popular ones in Klang Valley. Aside from the go-karts available at City Karting, it also offers pro karts (90kmph).

You can select the 'Quick Experience', which is a 10-minute session. Or book the race package and bring a group of friends (10 people minimum) for a friendly competition. The package includes race managing and timekeeping for about 45 minutes to an hour.

Prices range between RM40 and RM100.

4. Pinnacle Kart @ Subang Jaya

This 990m-long race track in Subang will definitely get your adrenaline rushing as you navigate its twists and turns with your go-kart.

There are two types of go-karts:
- Sodi RX8 series (newer go-karts with 270cc engine)
- Birel series (older go-karts with 200cc engine)

Prices range between RM30 and RM120.

Blow off steam by heading to this indoor 200m track located on the fifth floor of Sungei Wang Plaza.

Blastacars uses Drift Karts hand-built from New Zealand. There are three types of karts with different speed settings: Novice, Advance, and Pro. Pro uses a 390cc Honda Engine, requiring you to earn a license before driving it. 

Prices range between RM60 and RM100.

Located at level five of Strand Mall is this 500m indoor go-kart track with 19 different corners! You'll definitely be able to race to your heart's content here. According to its Facebook page, the track layout gets changed every now and then, so you'll never get bored, for sure. :P
