4-Year-Old Boy Falls To Death From 16th Floor Of Sungai Buloh Hospital Quarters
The police are conducting further investigations to ascertain the cause of death.
A 4-year-old boy has died after falling from the 16th floor of Block B at the Sungai Buloh Hospital Integrated Quarters yesterday, 24 March
According to Bernama, Sungai Buloh police chief Supt Mohd Hafiz Muhammad Nor said authorities were informed about the incident at 4.28pm.
Upon arrival, they discovered the child had died on the spot.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the victim's parents were asleep at the time of the incident.
"When the victim's mother woke up, she found her youngest son standing on the edge of an open living room window. She was unable to reach him before he fell," Mohd Hafiz said in a statement.

The case is currently being classified as a sudden death, prompting further investigations that will involve questioning the parents
The child's body was sent to Sungai Buloh Hospital for autopsy to identify the cause of death.
Mohd Hafiz also urged anyone with information regarding this incident to come forward to help with investigations, reported Berita Harian.
"Witnesses can provide information by contacting IPD Sungai Buloh at +603-61561222 or reporting to any nearby police station," he said.
