The Fire and Rescue Department's assistant director of operations, Misran Bisara, said it was the child's mother that had alerted them for help

When they arrived at the home, they saw that the three-year-old child was crying and had her whole arm stuck inside the audio system.

"The fire and rescue team managed to pull out the victim's hand from the speaker using a special tool," Misran said in a statement on Wednesday, 1 February.

According to New Straits Times, the rescue operation took them 20 minutes.
