Father In Terengganu Charged With Raping & Sodomising His 3 Kids Aged 13, 12 & 9
He was also charged with injuring his wife.
A 38-year-old father allegedly raped and sodomised his three children, aged 13, 12, and nine, between February last year and May this year
He was charged at the Kuala Terengganu Sessions Court yesterday, 12 June.
The man is facing two charges of raping his 13-year-old child, three other charges of raping his 12-year-old child, and two charges of committing unnatural sex against the nine-year-old.
In total, the father is facing seven charges for the sexual offences, which he allegedly committed in a house in the Kuala Nerus district, according to New Straits Times.
Additionally, he was also charged at the Magistrate's Court for assaulting his wife.
He pleaded not guilty
For the sexual crimes, the accused is charged under Section 376 (3), Section 377CA, and 377C of the Penal Code with a sentence of up to 30 years' imprisonment and caning, if convicted.
For injuring his wife, he was charged under Section 323/326A of the Penal Code.
The accused, who was not represented, was not allowed bail.
The court has fixed 12 July for the re-mention of the case.
