A heartwarming video of a group of schoolgirls shielding an injured man from the sun following a traffic accident in Thailand has gone viral

In the video, three teenage girls stayed by the elderly man's side after he was involved in a motorcycle accident.

He sat hunched on the road, visibly injured and distressed, while the girls surrounded him, using their umbrellas to provide shade from the heat. One of the girls can be seen attentively checking on the man's wellbeing as they waited for help to arrive.

TikTok user @allaboutmyself40 recorded the 11-second clip while she was passing the scene onboard a bus, sharing that the incident took place on Thursday, 16 January, in Pattaya, Chonburi province.

"I really admire this group of students. They weren't involved [in the accident] but came to the uncle's aid," read the caption.
