A video showing a group of Good Samaritans in Selangor helping a Perodua Myvi driver move a double-parked car has gone viral

In the seven-minute video posted on a Facebook page called 'We Are Malaysians', the female driver's Myvi can be seen trapped in by a Toyota Wish.

A man who happened to be there then started waving to others for help, prompting passers-by to come forward.

The incident is believed to have happened in Bangi, Selangor, with the video getting over 230,000 views since it was posted on Tuesday, 12 November.

The group then brought four low profile floor jacks, which are tools that are used to lift a vehicle off the ground

After some back and forth on strategies, the group settled with using the tools as moveable wheels and rested the Toyota Wish's rear tyres on them.

Once the rear tyres were on the jacks, the men started pushing the car

The group, most likely strangers to one another, stood closely together in front of the Toyota Wish and pushed it in unison

By the end of the video, the group successfully moved the car.

The Myvi then left the parking spot and gave the men appreciative honks.

After seeing the incredible feat, hundreds of netizens jumped into the comment section to celebrate Malaysians' spirit of helping each other

"Very good Malaysian people. I love this country. (Everybody is) very helpful," one netizen commented.

Another netizen went as far as asking the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) to give these men a medal.

"Walao, give these guys a medal, #PDRM," wrote the netizen.

"Bravo to those who helped. Really calm. Give them 10,000 likes!"

Many netizens said they would have broken the Toyota Wish's window and release the handbrake for a quicker solution.

But one netizen commanded the group for not doing that.

"Wow! All it takes is just seven minutes and these Malaysians made an impossible (sic) come true. You guys didn't even break anything in the process. Crazy wehy!" said the elated netizen.
