You Can Now WhatsApp DBKL To Complain About Potholes

Finally.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) set up a WhatsApp number for you to inform them of any large potholes or road damage in your area

In a Facebook post today, 8 January, DBKL thanked users for informing them of road damages that needed to be fixed.

The post stated that when the public notifies them about the exact locations of potholes and road damages, it allows authorities to speed up the fixing process.
