Big Bad Wolf Books and MPH are holding their book sales online this year and they are offering promotions of up to 90% as well as free shipping

With thousands of books in their online catalogues, readers can shop for their next reading material from the comfort of their own homes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

It is the first time the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale is held online. The seasoned book sale company began its sales on 4 November and will last until 11 November.

Meanwhile, it is unclear when will the MPH warehouse clearance sales end.

Shoppers from Peninsular Malaysia can get free shipping with purchases over RM180 at the Big Bad Wolf online store

MPH has a similar offer, but shoppers have to purchase over RM300 to get the free delivery service and it is only applicable to shoppers in the Klang Valley, according to a statement made available to SAYS.

Meanwhile, the response for Big Bad Wolf has been overwhelming thus far and it even led to its site crashing minutes after the sale began.

This prompted the company to issue an apology at 12.06am on Wednesday for causing inconvenience to shoppers.

On Big Bad Wolf's website, various self-help and fiction books go up to 90% off, while MPH is having a 40% storewide discount

Deepavali and Christmas are just around the corner.

Since it's cold — oops, we mean — there is COVID-19 outside, this is the best time to kick back and enjoy reading a book or educate yourself on something new.
