ICYMI, e-commerce platform Lazada will be hosting a first-of-its-kind Lazada Run right here in Malaysia on 16 July, woohoo!
Lazada Run has been making its way across six Southeast Asian cities, including Ho Chi Minh (23 April), Jakarta (11 June), Bangkok (25 June), Manila (2 July), Kuala Lumpur (16 July), and Singapore (23 July).
The Malaysian leg of the Lazada Run will be happening on 16 July at Persiaran Flora, Cyberjaya, from 3.30am to 10am, featuring 5km (for both kids and adults), 10km, and 21km race categories.

If you haven't caught on yet, the Lazada Run won't be like your usual marathons. Here are five fun things you can look forward to at this special event:

Race finishers have something exciting to look forward to — a 30m route littered with mystery boxes, each containing vouchers that can be redeemed for amazing prizes.
Once you finish your run, head over to the Kid's Dash and Cart Dash area, where you'll be given a basket or trolley to fill up with mystery boxes.
The catch is, you'll only get 20 seconds to grab as much as you can and reach the finish line, in order to walk away with your items.
5. Once you've finished your run, don't forget to enjoy the Lazada Village carnival too
