Well, nestled in the serene outskirts of Seremban is a senior living resort that focuses on exactly that, and it's the first of its kind in Malaysia.

The village is also located only 15 minutes away from Seremban town, being close in proximity to five medical centres, shopping malls, and is a convenient 45-minute drive to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
Right now, in the first phase of its development, Millennia Village has a total of 344 rooms available for rent for the duration of one month up to three years
The rooms are tailored to senior citizens capable of independent living — complete with a fully functional kitchenette and wheelchair accessible spaces. The studio units are available for up to two tenants, and the two-bedroom units can host up to three people.
All room rental packages include your stay in a fully furnished unit, housekeeping, access to all the facilities and activities, and two meals a day.
With the success of its first facility, the resort is also planning to start building phase two to cater to seniors requiring assisted care, as well as phase three for larger units.
As they have just celebrated their grand opening earlier this month, Millennia Village is offering a long stay promotion of RM5,500 per month for two people, as well as a 3D2N trial stay from RM1,200 for two people.
