Got A Hopeful Message For Malaysia? KFC Wants To Feature Your Words On Its Iconic Buckets
For some words of comfort while you dig into some comfort food :')
Simple words of encouragement can always bring a smile to someone's face, don't you think?
And this rings truer than before, what with the current situation leading us to limit almost all physical social contact and stay safe at home.
Stressful as it may be, Malaysians have proven that we're in this together by stepping up for those in need. Plus, ever notice how little acts of kindness can often trigger a domino effect, where one good deed leads to another?
We may not be able to feel the warmth of a loved one's hug or catch up with friends over lunch just yet, but one glance across your social media feeds, and you may realise the heartwarming ways people have been coping and showing their support. :')
Now that Hari Kebangsaan is right around the corner, KFC Malaysia is adding to the positivity to cheer Malaysians on! :D
Serving comfort food for 48 years now, KFC Malaysia has been a firm favourite for many Malaysians, helping them ride through the good times and the bad. Just think of all the fun get-togethers you've had with their signature buckets of fried chicken!
That's why, from now until 31 August, KFC Malaysia wants you to share your words of support for your fellow Malaysians — and your message might end up on one of its well-known buckets of chicken!
How do you do it? Simply head over to their Facebook page and leave your message in the comments section under this post — or here on Twitter — and remember to add #BucketSemangatRakyat.
Selected comments will then get featured on special KFC Malaysia's fried chicken buckets, so get your messages out there quick, because that's not all! :D
After the campaign is complete, these #BucketSemangatRakyat with your heartwarming messages will be put up for auction for all Malaysians to bid on
That's right! Your words of support will not only be featured on KFC Malaysia's buckets, but also be presented to Malaysians to bid on.
What's even more special about this campaign is that the proceeds from the auction will go towards those in need, awww. Proving that one good deed leads to another, KFC Malaysia will be channelling all the funds to AddHope Malaysia to keep the positivity going. :D
Aiming to end world hunger, AddHope is KFC's global initiative, which began in 2007. This means, your support for Malaysians will also count towards helping many more across the globe, another reason to show your support!
In the spirit of Hari Kebangsaan, join KFC Malaysia in uplifting your fellow Malaysians and voice your solidarity. For more information, visit KFC Malaysia's Facebook page. :D
