If you love snacking, here's one easy recipe you might like that only requires two main ingredients: frozen paratha and a banana

Content creator and food enthusiast Jingwen, who comes from Penang, shared this easy bite-sized roti pisang snack that will only take you under 15 minutes to make.

– Paratha (frozen type that you can get from any grocery store)
– Banana
– Egg yolk for egg wash (optional)
– Sesame seeds (optional)

How to make

Step 1: Lay a paratha sheet flat down and place a peeled banana on the edge

Step 2: Roll the paratha over the banana and tuck the ends in

Step 3: Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces, coat them with egg wash, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top (optional)

Step 4: Pop them into an oven to bake for 10 minutes at 175ºC and that's it. Enjoy your crunchy roti pisang bites — so easy!

Optionally, if you don't own an oven, she shared that you can air-fry them until golden brown.

Her TikTok has since received over 1.1million views, 150,700 likes, and 700 comments.

If you're craving something even sweeter, some suggested in the comments to swap out the sesame seeds for honey or sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon and sugar. Yum!
