As for the board game itself, minor changes were made to the properties on the board to align the game with the Mid Autumn Festival theme
As stated on the Mdm Ling Bakery website, "Now it's a walk to remember and roll around the charming streets home to some of the most popular cookies and their premium quality ingredients, many of which are Mdm Ling Bakery's signatures!"
What used to be known as 'Old Kent Road', now reads as the Himalayan Salt Square, priced at a measly 60 Monopoly Dollars. Some of the other amusingly named properties include Purple Sweet Potato Place, Jalan Kuih Bangkit, Seaweed Street, Hazelnut Lane, Green Pea Grove, Pineapple Promenade, and Butter Boulevard.
Certain elements have remained the same however, including the 'Go To Jail' space, collecting 200 Monopoly Dollars when passing 'Go', the design on the printed Monopoly Dollars, and the 'Free Parking' space.
Other accessories on the other hand have minor tweaks, including the pineapple design on the 'Chance' cards, names on the property cards, and the centre artwork display on the board, which shows Mr Monopoly leaving Mdm Ling Bakery.
