Opened about a month ago, Dusun by OpenHouse has customers rushing to get a table at the newest restaurant in Bangsar Shopping Centre

With an architectural design to die for, the lush greenery and opulent wood fixtures will whisk you away to Bali for an afternoon, or evening!

With thick green foliage cascading from the central banyan tree, this key attraction is surrounded by sticks of bamboo in a circular permutation

The vernacular accents of this Balinese kampung themed paradise will sweep you away with traditional enlightenment

The bamboo accents through the furniture and structure of the building provide great aeration and is an aesthetic comfort to all diners.

With a polyphony of hyper-local ingredients - and produce cooked using classical kampung techniques, every dish will have your mouth watering

Some of the most delicious dishes served include the smoked chicken rice, smoked mushroom soup, 'Taco Mak', fire chicken chop (made on the fire grill), and the leaf-wrapped panggang seafood, which contains Dusun's signature asam pedas buah perah paste.

The heavy hitter of the bunch would have to go to the smoked seafood dua pasta, which allows you a choice between tiger prawns, udang galah (freshwater prawns), or live Boston lobster.

Cool off with an array of pressed juices, teas and sodas, or grab something hot with an assortment of coffee options

Oh, and there's also alcohol options ranging from Dusun signatures to an entire wine menu.

And if you need a sweet treat after downing some spicy Balinese delicacies, they have a pandan custard to die for, kasturi lime tarts for some tang, and four different ice-cream options!

If you can smell the food through these photos, and your interest is peaked, it's time to try these Balinese creations!
