Tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood in Section 17, PJ is a therapeutic sanctuary, especially for tea lovers

While most cafes focus on roasting coffee, Tanah dan Air is a tea room that stands out for its wide selection of Chinese tea and several varieties from around the world

It's a peaceful escape from the city noise and a great spot for you to just unwind and relax.

As you step into the space, you'll be greeted with the soothing aroma of Chinese tea and a descriptive menu of the different teas they offer, including a small selection of cold brew varieties

If you're unsure of which one to select, Siow Fei, the owner behind this little gem is said to be a highly trained tea master. She or her staff can advise you.

Fei also runs various tea classes in both English and Mandarin, where you can taste test and gain a deeper knowledge of different teas or how to brew them.

Additionally, they have homemade desserts like Pu Er chocolate ice cream, Osmanthus jelly, roti bakar, and yummy cakes to pair with your tea
