Tiger Sugar Is Opening Another Outlet At A Neighbourhood Mall In PJ This Sunday

The company sent fans into a frenzy after it launched its first Malaysian outlet at Sunway Pyramid in January.

Customers reportedly queued up for at least an hour just to taste its best-selling Brown Sugar Boba Fresh Milk with Cream Mousse drink.

Naturally, it wasn't long before it opened its second and third outlets at Pavilion KL and Sunway Velocity Mall in March, along with its fourth branch at Sunway Giza Mall in April.

Bubble tea enthusiasts can expect to get their hands on the bestsellers, including the Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Cream Mousse (RM12.90) and Brown Sugar Pearl Milk with Cream Mousse (RM12.90).

Its name, 'Tiger Sugar', is based on how the thick brown sugar streams down the sides of the cup resembling the stripes of a tiger.

For first-timers, Tiger Sugar recommends that the best way to enjoy its bubble tea is by shaking the cup 15 times to let the ice cool down the boba making it chewy.

The boba are cooked with brown sugar in small batches (every two hours!) to maintain the freshness in each cup, while the ice is made from filtered water similar to those used with premium whiskey.
