The government will implement new measures to address leakages at the nation's entry points

While tabling Belanjawan 2026 today, 10 October, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) is set to introduce digital tax stamps.

The stamps come with with enhanced security features to curb counterfeiting.

"Furthermore, a Centralised Screening Complex will be established to manage leakages at the country's entry points," Anwar said.
