Boat Noodle At The Gardens Mall Temporarily Closed Over Hygiene Issues

The Boat Noodle outlet at The Gardens Mall in KL has reportedly been ordered to close temporarily after a notice issued by the Health Ministry (MOH) began circulating on social media
According to photos shared online by netizens, the official notice states that the outlet has been ordered to cease operations from 8 July to 22 July.
The notice was reportedly issued under the Food Act 1983 and displayed at the restaurant's entrance.

The closure is understood to be related to hygiene issues, although MOH has not publicly disclosed further details about the specific findings at the time of writing
In an update today, 16 July, Boat Noodle told SAYS that the outlet was temporarily closed while it carried out comprehensive deep cleaning, sanitation, professional pest control, and all the required corrective measures.
The outlet has since resumed operations earlier than scheduled after undergoing a review by MOH.
