Chinese Mother & Toddler Hand Out Gift Packs As Apology For Any In-Flight Noise Caused
The gift pack contained earplugs, candies, and a handwritten apology.

In a video posted on Weibo last week, a mother and her 20-month-old son boarded a flight to Taiyuan, Northern China and began to hand out 100 gift packs to all the passengers on the plane
According to South China Morning Post, the mother, Wang, was worried that her toddler would cause a disturbance to all of the passengers on the almost three-hour flight. So, she prepared the packs to apologise in advance.
Both she and her son were shown walking down the aisle of the plane before take-off, where Wang's adorable son personally handed the bags to the passengers.
The bag contained earplugs, candies, and a handwritten note asking for forgiveness in case any noise her son made disturbed them. The notes were decorated with drawings of cartoon animals.
Wang said, "My son is 20 months old and may get out of control and cry. I am afraid that he may disturb other passengers, so I'd better remind them ahead of the flight."
Wang came up with this idea after she had noticed that many passengers on public transportation tend to be annoyed by loud noises made by children
"If parents show gratitude for the public's patience and offer an apology to fellow passengers, I believe they can put up with the children," Wang said.
The video showing Wang and her son distributing the gift packs went viral on Weibo and has since amassed a total of 5.74 million views and 3,290 comments.
Many netizens praised the mother for her consideration and for setting a good example as a member of the public and as a parent.
