Over the weekend, a woman posted a short clip on TikTok, showing her fried rice dish that she ordered at an eatery in Ampang
The clip, posted on Saturday, 10 June, has gone viral with over a million views at the time of writing.
The reason for the clip's virality? Maggots!
Yes, you read that right.
Giving an up-close view of her order to her more than 140,000 followers, the woman, @Misz'azura, shows her fried rice infested with maggots, wriggling on top of the pile of rice.
In the caption, the woman expressed her disappointment
While she did not reveal the name of the eatery in her post, she hinted that people who stay in Ampang will definitely recognise the place as it's "very famous".
Viewers have since identified and exposed the name of the eatery under the comments section.
