A TikTok influencer recently went viral after several of his employees came forward to allege that the man's company has a toxic work culture

The influencer's former staff began tweeting the allegations after his wife revealed in a Facebook post that her husband had been allegedly cheating on her with one of his female employees.

"[I] used to work with him, and you have no idea how toxic this spikey-haired short man is. Now you got what you deserve, and I love it," wrote one of his ex-staff on Twitter.

Another former employee claimed that it was difficult to work with the influencer's alleged mistress

They claimed that during one of their live streams, they were getting hate comments from netizens and could not defend themselves due to the alleged mistress' constant talking and shouting.

The ex-employee also said that they tried to discuss the issue with both the influencer and his alleged mistress, but their opinions were ignored and things never changed, forcing them to resign from the company.

"Thank you for noticing how much I struggled while working with her. I tried my best not to look so awkward with her, and it took a long time to be comfortable with her," they wrote while replying to another tweet showing the video of them doing the live stream sales session.

"Even though I had just joined the company, I immediately knew the dark side of working here. So, I immediately resigned," they added.

Meanwhile, another former employee of the company requested that the public stop messaging the company's WhatsApp number

According to them, despite the phone number being linked to the company, it is not managed by the influencer or his alleged mistress.

Instead, the person managing all of the company's messages and phone calls is a staff member, who is not linked to the cheating allegations.

"If you guys have the audacity to WhatsApp the number on that (company's) Instagram (profile) and continue to curse them, please don't do that," they wrote.

"That number is not (managed by) the alleged mistress nor the boss. That is one of the staff and the staff is my friend," they added.

An internal source who is currently working at the company has reached out to SAYS and confirmed that the allegations are true. However, they refused to give any further comments in order to protect themselves.

SAYS has reached out to the company for their statement regarding the toxic work culture allegations but has yet to receive a reply.

The influencer has been under fire in recent days after his wife shared a Facebook post alleging that her husband physically abused her

In the post, his wife shared closed-circuit television (CTTV) footage where she can be seen being physically assaulted by her husband during an altercation.

She also shared photos of the influencer's conversation with the alleged mistress, who had been texting her husband back and forth.

Aside from the text messages, the wife also said that her husband had bought an anniversary gift for his mistress.

SAYS has reached out to the influencer's wife for a statement regarding the toxic work culture allegations and the abuse claim but has yet to receive a reply.
