Johor Dad Pleads Guilty To Raping & Impregnating His 15-Year-Old Daughter
The victim is seven months pregnant.

Earlier today, 15 June, a 41-year-old father in Johor pleaded guilty to raping his biological daughter, resulting in the victim becoming pregnant
According to Harian Metro, he pleaded guilty in the Muar Sessions Court as soon as the eight charges were read out by an interpreter before Judge Abu Bakar Manat for the crimes against his daughter.
The 15-year-old victim is said to be seven months pregnant.
The charges are framed under Section 14 (a) and Section 16 of the Sexual Offenses Against Children Act 2017, and Section 376 (3) of the Penal Code for the offence committed from October 2020 to June 2021.
The father raped the victim when his family members were not at home
The incident only came to light following a health check-up at the victim's school.
The check-up revealed that the victim was pregnant.
The victim, who at that time did not know she was pregnant, made a police report against her father.
The court has fixed 16 July for the case to be mentioned again after Deputy Public Prosecutor Nur Sulehan Abd Rahman did not offer bail for the accused.
