A Bus Passenger Who Travelled From JB To Kuantan Has Tested Positive For COVID-19
The Kuantan Health Office is now urging all passengers who had boarded the same bus to come forward.
A bus passenger who travelled from Johor Bahru to Kuantan has recently tested positive for COVID-19
Free Malaysia Today reported that the man travelled interstate on Monday, 16 March, right before Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced the Restriction of Movement Order (RMO).
The man had undergone a COVID-19 screening in Johor Bahru but failed to quarantine himself.
He then received the test results while on the bus to Kuantan.
The Plusliner express bus with the licence plate VDJ 2367 left Larkin Sentral station in Johor Bahru at 4pm, reported theSundaily.
It was headed for Kuantan Terminal Sentral in Pahang.
The Kuantan Health Office is now urging all passengers who had boarded the same bus to come forward and report to health authorities or nearby government clinics
