MOH: Grocery Shoppers Must Take A Shower After Shopping

Public Health Malaysia shared a step-by-step guide on what to do after you have bought your essentials.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has announced that those who go grocery shopping are required to follow a step-by-step guide when they reach home

According to a Facebook post by Public Health Malaysia, during the Movement Control Order (MCO), grocery shoppers are required to follow this guide after they have bought their essentials.

It is important to follow this guide to keep your family safe and to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Step one: Remove your mask, place it into a separate bag, and throw it into the garbage bin

Step two: Avoid touching or hugging children and family members

Step three: Go to the bathroom, remove your clothes, and soak it with soap

Step four: Bathe with soap - wash your face, hands, and entire body
