A video showing a Malaysian man stealing women's underwear at PPR Intan Baiduri, Kuala Lumpur, recently went viral on Facebook

In the 31-second losed-circuit television (CCTV) footage uploaded on the We are Malaysians Facebook page, the man, who is wearing a grey t-shirt, is first seen walking in the corridor of the apartment before suddenly stopping in front of a unit with a clothesline in front of its door.

He then snatches three pair of women's underwear from the clothesline and walks out of the frame.

After a while, the man returns to steal even more undergarments from the same house and quickly hides them in the backpack that he carries with him.

The suspect's face can be clearly seen in the footage.

Malaysians were left speechless by the man's actions and expressed their disgust in the comments section

One user commented that she is glad she never hung her underwear in an open space like the one in the video.

Another person wondered why someone would hang their underwear in a place where people walk back and forth.

Another person suggested that Malaysians hang their underwear on a small clothes hanger inside their homes to avoid such incidents.
