Troubled MYAirline Loses All 10 Of Its Planes
Five of them found a new home in AirAsia.

The troubled local airline, MYAirline, has no passenger planes left in its fleet after all 10 of its Airbus A320s were returned to its lessors
This action followed the abrupt suspension of the airline's flight operations on 12 October.
According to New Straits Times, five of the A320s are in the process of being deregistered from the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), while the other five have found a new lessee, AirAsia.
CAAM confirmed the deregistration requests for five aircraft with the registration numbers 9M-DAC and 9M-DAD on 26 October, 9M-DAJ and 9M-DAL on 27 October, and 9M-DAH on 3 November.
With no aircraft in its fleet and the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) suspending its air service licence, industry experts are sceptical about MYAirline's ability to restart operations
"The market is hot right now for narrowbody aeroplanes like the A320. The backlog orders from (aircraft) manufacturers and the supply chain issues affecting (aircraft) production make airlines thirstier for more planes.
"They (airlines) are competing with each other for planes. The cost of renting (commercial) aeroplanes has also gone up, especially the 'hot' ones like the narrow-bodies. It is more expensive to lease today compared to a few years ago," an airline insider was quoted as saying.
