Intruder Shoots Officer, Slashes Another With Machete At JB Police Station
The masked assailant, wielding a machete, broke into the police station at 2am today.
Early this morning, 17 May, the Ulu Tiram police station in Johor Bahru was attacked by a masked assailant, leaving two officers injured
According to Harian Metro, the incident occurred at around 2am.
At the time of the incident, an unidentified masked assailant broke into the police station armed with a machete. The assailant launched a brutal assault, injuring two officers on duty, the Malay daily reported.
The suspect stole two firearms and fired multiple shots at one of the officers, injuring his shoulder and abdomen
The victims were identified as Constable Ahmad Azza Fahmi Azhar, who was slashed on the back of the neck, and Constable Muhamad Syafiq Ahmad Said, who was shot in the abdomen and shoulder.
The authorities have yet to release a statement on the incident.
