In today's competitive job market, many applicants face the challenge of not having enough years of work experience for a particular role

While it is an efficient way of narrowing down applicants and often necessary due to the nature of the work, some job listings are arguably more unreasonable than others.

On 28 May, a netizen took to Twitter to share a discovery on JobStreet.com that she felt was "on another level".

EY's listing, which is still available on JobStreet at the time of writing, confirmed that anyone interested in serving beverages at the firm will need to have at least a decade's worth of experience as a Tea Lady.

According to the listing, candidates are also required to have a "customer-oriented personality", be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, as well as be able to work "under minimal supervision".

So, how much can those interested in the role expect to make?

Based on a JobStreet profile with an expected salary of RM2,000, the listing indicated that it may be slightly above or below the figure.
