Malaysia's first Pokémon Center pop-up store will officially open its doors at Ombak KLCC on 12 September
From 12 to 14 September, there will be a slew of Pokémon activities and events to celebrate the store's launch.
Alongside the Pokémon Center pop-up store, we will also get our first official Nintendo Pop-Up Store.
Both stores will open at Ombak KLCC from 12 September to 31 December 2026 as part of Pokémon's 30th anniversary celebrations.
If you're attending the Pokémon Center pop-up store launch from 12 to 14 September, organisers have released a strict entry guide to help manage the ticketing and admission process
Your journey will begin at Zone 1 on Level G, located at the mall's main entrance. While ticket handouts will start at 8am, eager fans can begin queuing from 6am.
Do not try to outsmart the system by arriving earlier. Organisers have firmly stated that anyone caught gathering or queuing before 6am will be immediately disqualified and denied entry.
Tickets are strictly limited to one per person and cannot be transferred to anyone else
Once you secure a valid ticket from Zone 1, you will need to head up to Zone 2 on Level 3. Entry to the actual store is strictly tied to your assigned time slot, so you must show up on time.
If you miss the morning rush and the daily supply of tickets runs out, no more will be issued for that day.
If you are hunting for trading cards, you might want to wait. The guide explicitly states that no Pokémon TCG products will be sold during the three-day event window.
Rule-breakers, beware. Store operators reserve the right to turn away anyone who jumps the queue, ignores staff instructions, or causes disruptions to other guests.
