Imagine checking out a collection of pristine cars, both vintage and modern pieces of automotive history

That's exactly what we did over the weekend at JPM Museo at Kota Damansara. JPM Museo hosts one of the largest private collections of exotic cars in Malaysia. The collection consists of over 100 cars ranging from vintage Mustangs and Lamborghinis to Ferraris and more.

We were part of JPM Museo's first-ever Halloween-themed tour which will be open to the public soon!

The Autozam AZ-1, also known as the Mazda AZ-550. A sporty kei car produced in 1993.

For starters, JPM Museo houses cars that left an indelible mark across the history of automobiles

The Benz Patent-Motorwagen seen in this photo is genuine (not a replica) and is in working condition. Only 25 Patent-Motorwagens were built between 1886 and 1893.

The Model T Ford is also here. It marked history as the first mass-produced car, making cars affordable for the public.

They also have a specific section for cars featured in shows and movies

The 1965 Cobra Shelby was featured in many popular movies of the classic era.

Aside from historical masterpieces, JPM Museo also exhibits exotic supercars

Fun fact: the Aventador was the widest car that could fit the car elevator when they were assembling the collection.

Car enthusiasts would recognise the Jaguar E-Type. It was said to be the 'most beautiful car of the century'.

One of the cars caught my attention was the Porsche 928

The Porsche 928 holds a special place in any petrolhead's heart. It was used by Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson as he was racing back to meet his dying father. The car managed to ferry him to the hospital for Clarkson to listen to his father's final words.

"See back in 1994, I was living in London and I got a call one evening from my mum to say that my dad was desperately ill in a hospital in Sheffield, and I needed to get there as quickly as possible," said Clarkson in the Patagonia Special episode seen in the YouTube snippet below.

"And I'd just taken the chicken out of the oven and I thought, 'Well I'll take that for my mum because she won’t have eaten.' I ran outside and I had a 928 on test that week."

"When I arrived in Sheffield, the chicken was still warm and my dad was still alive. In fact, he died half an hour later. And the truth is, if I hadn't been driving a car which could sit quite happily at 170 miles an hour, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to say goodbye to my dad."

The legendary 928. There are frog props on the car because...

... the headlights give the facade a striking resemblance to a frog.

In fact, JPM Museo houses the hypercar Holy Trinity

One of the hybrid hypercars, the McLaren P1 in Volcano Orange.

However, two of the Holy Trinity were not present at the Museo when we were visiting. The Porsche 918 Spyder was in Singapore, while no information was revealed in regards to the third member of the trinity, the LaFerrari.

This is just a sneak peak of the tour, and you should really visit JPM Museo to experience the full tour. Here's how:
