Thanks to its exquisite design and immense power, the V12-powered Lamborghini Aventador has caught the eye of many automobile aficionados from every corner of the world. Its stealth fighter-inspired design and low-riding cockpit unmistakably teem with Lamborghini DNA.

And now, we have been given a sweet little preview of its sequel — the angrier, more powerful Bull, the Revuelto.

In line with Direzione Cor Tauri, the Revuelto is Lamborghini's first hybrid supercar

Direzione Cor Tauri is Latin for 'the heart of the Bull' and incidentally the brightest star in the Taurus constellation. It also represents Lamborghini's strategy towards an electrified future, while capturing and maintaining the heart and the soul of the brand.

Automobili Lamborghini Region Director for the Asia Pacific, Francesco Scardaoni commented, "We are thrilled to witness the arrival of the Lamborghini Revuelto, a groundbreaking vehicle that redefines the boundaries of performance and electrification in the automotive industry."

"The demand for Lamborghini supercars has always been strong in Malaysia. We are confident that Revuelto, which has established a new benchmark in performance, on-board technology, and driving pleasure will continue to captivate our discerning customers."

Powered by both petroleum and electricity, the Revuelto packs massive power under the hood

The V12 Revuelto combines the raw power of a V12 engine with cutting-edge hybrid technology, delivering an unmatched driving experience for enthusiasts worldwide. The Revuelto produces a whopping 1000 horsepower from the gargantuan 6.5L V12 engine, combined with three electric motors.

The power is sent through an eight-speed double-clutch gearbox to all four wheels. Sitting on massive Bridgestone Potenza tyres, the Revuelto is poised to conquer lap records as well as the highway.

All that power translates to mindboggling numbers

For example, the new Revuelto accelerates from 0-100 km/h in only 2.5 seconds, goes from 0-200 km/h in less than seven seconds, and has a top speed of over 350 km/h.

These numbers combine with its exceptional dynamism, thanks to the introduction of electric torque vectoring, and four-wheel drive, which is available even in fully-electric drive mode. This ensures that the Revuelto super sports car expresses its amplified qualities both on the track and in daily driving.

Lamborghini's DNA is unmistakably present in the Revuelto

Lamborghini has been synonymous with V12 engines since the company was founded. The very first Lamborghini model to sport this characteristic engine was the iconic 350GT launched in 1963. The first time an electric motor was matched to a 12-cylinder internal combustion engine in a Lamborghini was in 2019 with the Sián, which used a 25 kW electric engine to support the previous generation of V12, storing the electrical energy in a supercapacitor.

In fact, the design language represents everything Lamborghini stands for. The Y-shaped headlamps are a callback to the Lamborghini Sián, while the interior exudes a fighter jet-like feel, thanks to the brand's "feel like a pilot" philosophy.

All in all, Lamborghini's first step into the world of hybrids proves that the brand isn't messing around

With the Revuelto, Lamborghini launches a new Space Race, ushering in a design language that adapts to the challenges imposed by electrification and presages the shapes and proportions of super sports cars of the near future.
