The word 'Karen' is now trending on Twitter in Malaysia
Dictionary.com states that 'Karen' is a pejorative slang term for an obnoxious, angry, entitled, and often racist middle-aged white woman who uses her privilege to get her way or police other people's behaviours.
Netizens responded to the tweet by calling for authorities to take action against the woman.
Several people also tagged the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) and Ministry of Health (MOH) Twitter accounts.
One person wrote, "As this was caught on camera, can the authorities please find and mete out punishment in accordance to Malaysian laws? This will be a great reminder to all."
