Tipsters Claim The New Foldable Smartphone From OnePlus Will Be Unveiled On 29 August

Tech enthusiasts looking forward to see OnePlus' new foldable smartphone may not have to wait much longer
According to SmartPrix, a reliable tipster who goes by Arvind claims that trusted sources behind the brand are saying the phone will officially unveil on 29 August at an event in New York.
This claim is further supported by Max Jambor, a renowned leaker and writer of blog site, AllAboutSamsung. Max also specified that the new OnePlus phone will be called 'OnePlus Open'.
No details have been revealed just yet, but the OnePlus Open is expected to sport a 7.8-inch foldable inner display alongside a 6.3-inch outer screen, both featuring a 120Hz refresh rate

It may also be equipped with a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC processor, a minimum 256GB of storage, and 16GB RAM.
Additionally, the camera setup is anticipated to consist of two 48MP rear cameras, serving as the primary shooter and the ultra-wide sensor, and a 64MP telephoto camera.
Lastly, the device will reportedly come with 67W fast-charging and a robust 4,800mAh battery with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
