4-Year-Old Chinese Boy Speaks Fluent Tamil While Bantering With Indian Neighbour
In the video, the kid was asking his neighbour to help make him a mango lassi.

In a multicultural society like Malaysia, being proficient in various languages is hardly something out of the ordinary.
And no one else is proving it better than a four-year-old boy.
TikTok user Kartik Suresh recently shared a video of him interacting with his four-year-old neighbour, who is affectionately known as Kai Kai.
In a one-minute TikTok uploaded to his page, Kartik and Kai Kai can be seen communicating in fluent Tamil as Kartik makes a mango lassi for the young boy. At the beginning of the clip, Kai Kai asks Kartik's mother for an apple to add to the lassi, before coming back and urging Kartik to make the drink.
After that, Kartik and Kai Kai bring sliced mangos to a blender before adding it to the machine. Kai Kai even playfully wipes his wet hands on Kartik's T-shirt when asked to dry his hands. When the mixture is done, Kartik pours a glass for the four-year-old before adding yoghurt to thicken the drink.
The clip ends with Kartik asking Kai Kai how the drink is before the kid tells him how sweet it is, also in Tamil.
Since posting it on TikTok, the clip has garnered over two million views and 100,000 likes at the time of writing
Many Malaysians were in awe over how fluent Kai Kai's Tamil is.
"It's so amazing how fluent he is in Tamil. You're such an amazing neighbour to him," wrote a commenter to Kartik.
A couple of others also mentioned how proud they are to be Malaysian, as an instance like this would likely not happen in other countries.
"I love my country, this is beautiful," penned another user.
Others were even amused by how cheeky Kai Kai was in wiping his wet hands on Kartik's T-shirt.
"I think this is such a usual occurrence for them that when he wipes his hands on Kartik's T-shirt, he has no reaction to it," wrote one user in a light-hearted manner.
One of the most fruitful comments of the bunch came from a user who praised Kai Kai's Tamil-speaking abilities and attributed his skill to Kartik.
"Kai Kai is so intelligent in the way he speaks Tamil. Once he grows up, he will love you like a father," commented the user.
In a brief conversation with SAYS, Kartik stated that his mother has been babysitting Kai Kai since he was just a month old
Kartik shared that his mother treats Kai Kai like her own child.
"He learned Tamil through us, but he can speak Mandarin fluently as well. We all love him very much," said Kartik to SAYS.
