Malaysian Makeup Artist Does Beauty Transformation Into Jocelyn Chia
The saga of Jocelyn Chia continues.
In the ever-evolving saga of Jocelyn Chia, many Malaysians have taken to social media to express their own take on the performer's recent controversy in New York City
As a makeup enthusiast and founder of a Malaysian beauty brand called WNS Malbarian Cosmetics, Erwan Shah is no stranger to taking creative concepts and transforming them into artistry that is bigger than our imaginations.
However, one of his most recent projects has been gaining more attention online after the beauty expert decided to carry out a makeup transformation to turn himself into Singaporean performer, Jocelyn Chia.
Sharing the process on his TikTok page, the one-minute clip laid out all the steps Erwan took when putting his look together
To begin with, Erwan added a form of adhesive onto his eyebrows to flatten them down. He then drew a rough outline for his eyebrows on top of the adhesive coverage, continuing by layering foundation on his skin and contour to certain parts of his face.
Erwan even went as far as to pencil certain parts of his face to mimic the curves and dips on Chia's face.
He then added Chia's signature mole slightly below his nose using an Artline 70 marker pen.
By the end, Erwan throws a turtle neck and black wig on, posing for the video as "Jocelyn".
