And just when you thought that's all there is to this homeware store, they went ahead and surprised us with their latest endeavour.

Meet Muji to GO - a repurposed tourist bus decked out with over 300 products!

Originally owned by public transportation company Niigata Kotsu, the sightseeing bus was revamped to include wooden flooring and shelving.

The adorable bus carries cleaning supplies, food, towels, clothing, and of course, stationery

When parked, anyone can easily board the vehicle and browse through the displayed items.

It comes as the company's newest initiative to bring household goods to the elderly and those living in remote locations

An Instagram post on Muji's official account revealed that the deep red bus began making its rounds in Japan's mountainous Yamagata Prefecture, namely in the town of Nakayama, on 3 August.

According to designboom, the company plans to launch Muji to GO nationwide by September.

Unfortunately, there are no plans to bring the bus to Malaysia just yet

But, who knows? Maybe we'll see a Muji bas sekolah roaming the streets in the near future.

In the meantime, did you know you can now find Muji products officially being sold on Shopee?

From 'campervans' to Airbnbs, check out how other vehicles have been repurposed:

One Twitter user discovered that Malaysian curry was being sold at MUJI stores:
