1. Boxing, yoga, and other workshops at Tiffin Wellness Weekend
Kickstart your fitness routine this year by heading to Tiffin Wellness Weekend at Sentul Depot and Sentul Park. There will be boxing, yoga, spinning, dancing, and other fitness workshops for you to get a good sweat.
Pop-up stalls like Kopehagen Coffee, The Bao Guys, Hijau, and Halley by Wondermama, among others will be there too so you can grab well-deserved treats before and after the sessions!
2. Rimba Market
Plant mamas and art fans, Rimba Market is where you'll wanna be this weekend. There will be over 20 vendors with various workshops, including candle and soap-making, flower preserving, and more.
There will also be over 100 free plants up for adoption, a place where you can win rare plants, and you can also bring along any old plastic pots to recycle.
3. Acrylic painting at The Weekend Workshop
The Weekend Workshop is an event space that hosts a variety of workshops from art and craft to baking. They're currently conducting acrylic painting workshops in the upcoming Saturdays.
You will be provided with a 30cm x 40cm canvas, materials and tools, and there will be an instructor to guide you each step of the way. It's a place for anyone and everyone — regardless of whether or not you have any artistic ability, just have fun!
4. Pet-friendly ceramic wheel throwing with Modish Signature
Event planner Modish Signature conducts workshops from acrylic painting, cartoon meringue baking, to wagashi making and other fun activities you can do to unwind.
This weekend, they have a pet-friendly ceramic wheel throwing class coming up, as well as an acrylic fluid art workshop.

5. Catch live performances by local artists and munch on yummy canapés with cocktails at Beyond
BEYOND is a series of themed sessions that began in October last year, featuring some of the best Malaysian talents, from accomplished chefs and mixologists, to popular artistes and musicians.
The upcoming two-day event this week at Small Shifting Space will offer a menu of canapés and cocktails by some of the best in local F&B, performances by NYK, Roshan Menon, and AFARO, as well as cool artwork displays by Tottie and Grasshopper.
6. Workshops, showcases, performances at Buy For Impact (BFI) Market
Rumah Tangsi will be hosting BFI Market next week, featuring batik painting, coffee 101, macrame tote bag, video-making, and other fun workshops run by social enterprises. All profits earned will help B40 communities, single mothers, youth at risk, OKUs, and refugees.
There will also be showcases, food trucks, creative installations, and performances, among other activities.
Aside from that, on 22 and 23 January, they will be hosting a Chinese New Year charity pop-up event with workshops, small businesses, and food. Donations will go to flood victims.
7. Art workshops at REXKL's Art Festival
Since 18 January, REXKL has been hosting art exhibitions, art performances, and CNY events to usher in a roaring Chinese New Year.
Coming up, there will be a modern Japanese book binding workshop as well as a carve and stamp on tote bag session.
Other event highlights include music performances, silent auctions, reunion dinners, mah jong paper art workshops, and more fun activities.
