ICYMI, the highly anticipated d Conference and d Awards 2023 will be taking place on 22 and 23 June at Connexion Conference and Event Centre, Bangsar South
The d Conference and d Awards — organised by the Malaysian Digital Association (MDA) — are designed to unravel emerging digital trends and collectively shape the future of Malaysia's digital economy.
The conference boasts a comprehensive program featuring industry experts who will share valuable insights on digital marketing, technology, and data, while the awards ceremony will highlight frontrunners in the industry.
Eileen Ooi, the President of MDA, stated that the conference's objective is to bring together the most brilliant minds from various sectors of the digital economy
This gathering aims to enhance the media's proficiency in driving Malaysia's e-economy forward.

Minister of Communications and Digital Fahmi Fadzil will grace the opening ceremony of d Conference and deliver an opening address, followed by a speech by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) Chief Executive Officer Ts Mahadhir Aziz
Featuring more than 20 esteemed speakers and 18 insightful sessions, the d Conference will delve into various topics pivotal to the digital landscape. These include next-level customer engagement, the digital outlook for 2023 and 2024, leveraging digital knowledge for driving growth, and effective management of customer data in an omnichannel environment.
The conference will feature engaging panel discussions that tackle pertinent issues faced by digital marketers and practitioners. These discussions will explore a future without internet cookies, the intricacies of the digital ecosystem, and strategies for combatting digital advertising fraud.
On the evening of 23 June, d Awards will honour outstanding digital campaigns and give away the Digital Person of the Year and Rising Star awards
The crown jewel – Grand Prix – will be awarded to the highest-scoring gold-winning entry from the campaign categories, while the agency or digital service provider with the highest accumulated points from the awards will be bestowed the title of Digital Impact of the Year.
MDA d Conference and d Awards 2023 Deputy-Chairperson Yee Wing-Tak, said: "We have all witnessed a rapid digitalisation in the past few years, and d Conference and d Awards 2023, themed 'Emergence', will give us an opportunity to reflect on our digital transformation, explore new possibilities and scale new digital heights collectively."
