Singaporean airline, Scoot, is partnering with The Pokémon Company in honour of the airline's 10th-year anniversary
In an attempt to make flights more fun and lively for their passengers, Scoot is taking it up a notch with a Pokémon-themed inflight experience! The plane is named the Pikachu Jet TR, and is currently situated over at the Changi Airport.
With specifically-designed Pokémon artwork painted across the plane, this airplane journey is sure to have you leaping in joy and cheering for Pikachu if you're a Pokémon fan :D

Adorned with a colourful, vibrant design spanning an array of Pokémon, the Pikachu Jet TR is definitely going to turn heads as it flies over and lands at airports. Depictions of Pokémon can be seen clearly on the fuselage, with the classic Poké Balls pasted on each of the jet's engines.
Also, aside from its thematic exterior, there's more going on inside as well.
Passengers will be able to enjoy Pokémon-themed meals, cups, serviettes, and ambience!
According to 8 DAYS, the plane also has themed music blasting throughout, and what makes it even more interesting is that the Scoot airlines cabin crew will also be in costumes and perform Pokémon-themed activities from dances to games.
There's also Pokémon-themed merch up for grabs!
Just in case you don't get enough of all the Pokémon fun in the plane ride, you can take home a piece of Pokémon-themed merchandise to commemorate the memorable experience!
You can either purchase the products when you're booking the flight, or when you're on the plane itself.
Of course, the best way for you to fully appreciate the Pokémon experience is to try out the flight yourself!
Pokémon Jet TR flights start from 9 September, in accordance to the prepared flight schedules by Scoot which you can refer to below.
Based on Scoot's booking website, a one-way ticket from Singapore to Tokyo aboard the Pikachu Jet TR will cost you RM954.77 for the standard economy fare, while the ScootPlus option is fixed at RM2166.97.
The plane is available on selected flights between Singapore, Seoul and Tokyo.
