Following strong demand for its first residential block, IJM Land has unveiled Enlace Suites II at Pantai Sentral Park
Located within the township's urban forest master development, the new phase aims to offer residents a lifestyle that blends city convenience with access to one of Kuala Lumpur's remaining green lungs.
Enlace Suites I has already achieved a 70% take-up rate since launching last year, according to the developer.

Enlace Suites II sits within the 58-acre Pantai Sentral Park master development, directly beside the sprawling 252-acre Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi.
An Urban Park developed by IJM Land is also expected to open by the end of the year, providing residents with a direct gateway into the forest reserve.
Speaking during the unveiling ceremony, IJM Land CEO Dato' Tony Ling said the response to the first phase reflected changing expectations among today's homebuyers.
"The response to Enlace Suites I is a strong validation of what today's homebuyers are looking for. They are no longer choosing a home based solely on location, but on the overall quality of life it offers.
"Buyers increasingly value developments that combine excellent connectivity, integrated conveniences, and meaningful access to nature," he said.
Rather than functioning as a standalone residential tower, Enlace Suites II forms part of the wider Enlace precinct, which has been planned as an integrated live-work-play destination
The masterplan includes Enlace Shoppes for retail and daily conveniences, Enlace Co. as a flexible co-working space, and Enlace Retreat, a wellness-focused area.
According to IJM Land, Enlace Shoppes is targeted to open by 2029, with a quarter of its commercial tenancies already secured.
Beyond the township itself, residents will also be close to established schools, universities and retail hubs
The development connects to major routes including the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), while the future MRT Pantai Dalam Station is expected to sit around 260 metres away via a dedicated link bridge.
Within Pantai Sentral Park, pedestrian walkways, cycling lanes, and landscaped streets are intended to encourage residents to move around the township without relying entirely on cars.

Layouts range from approximately 506sq ft to 2,034sq ft, catering to first-time buyers, young professionals, growing families, and even multi-generational households.
Selected garden and rooftop units are also designed to offer larger living spaces typically associated with landed homes while remaining within a high-rise development.
Residents will also have access to facilities including a 50-metre lap pool, landscaped gardens, koi ponds, a children's pool, a jacuzzi, a hammock garden, and dedicated relaxation areas. The residential block also features a private lobby and an AI-enabled CCTV surveillance system intended to enhance security and privacy.
