There's nothing better than cuddling a happy, healthy baby!
Hand in hand with the joys of parenthood are the constant worries of taking care of your little one
Parents know just how careful they need to be when it comes to babies and their sensitive skin. From baby laundry detergents to breathable soft cotton onesies, everything is well thought out with love.
Cetaphil understands this all too well, and that's why they're introducing the new Cetaphil Baby with Organic Calendula range. Made with soothing calendula extract, these new products are formulated to nourish and protect baby's delicate skin.
Calendula is a Mediterranean herb that has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine
Popular for its skin soothing properties, strains of Calendula have shown to:
- provide antioxidant protection,
- are antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory,
- soothe skin,
- and even reduce the effects of irritation.
As the No. 1 dermatological care brand in Malaysia, Cetaphil is focused on creating baby products that will keep little ones safe and healthy, so parents have peace of mind.
Made by skin experts and recommended by pediatricians, the new Cetaphil Baby with Organic Calendula range includes three products
These are the new products:
- Cetaphil Baby Wash & Shampoo with Organic Calendula,
- Cetaphil Baby Daily Lotion with Organic Calendula,
- And the Cetaphil Baby Advanced Protection Cream with Organic Calendula.
They are now available at Watsons pharmacies nationwide.
"Baby’s skin is thinner, loses moisture more quickly than adults, and is more prone to skin conditions and irritation"
"We hope to ease parents’ minds with our newly formulated Cetaphil Baby products with Organic Calendula to keep their baby’s delicate skin nourished and healthy,” said Jessica Chan, Senior Brand Manager of Galderma Malaysia.
She added, “Your little one’s skin deserves only the best and it's important to find a brand that you can trust to care for your baby's delicate and sensitive skin. The Cetaphil brand is committed to providing the safest, most effective products for you and your family.”
During the launch, Cetaphil's brand partner, Lisa Surihani, and Dr Mohammad Iqbal, a Consultant Pediatrician at KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital, spoke about caring for baby's health in the new norm
During the session Dr Mohammad Iqbal said that children aged 2 years old and above should be wearing a face mask, as well as washing their hands with soap and water or using hand sanitiser.
He added that it is important for parents to frequently moisturise their little one's skin as alcohol can quickly dry out the skin.
