MyBurgerLab & 11 Other Tenants Join Quayside Plaza At twentyfive7 In Kota Kemuning
The 257-acre mix-integrated township is located south of Kota Kemuning.
Gamuda Land has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with 12 tenants for its upcoming Quayside Plaza in its twentyfive7 township development
The ceremony was held at twentyfive7 experience gallery on 19 October. The tenants joining Quayside Plaza are:
- Regen Healthcare Centre (medical facility)
- Anytime Fitness (professional gym)
- Ace Edventure (international school)
- Optimum Train Global (swimming school)
- MyBurgerlab (F&B)
- Joe Junior Edutainment (children's entertainment centre)
- BarTailor (F&B)
- Kinohimitsu (beauty and collagen beverages)
- Koong Woh Tong (Chinese traditional herbal jelly and tea)
- BluBricks Resources (drama school)
- Jihun Korean Fried Chicken (F&B)
- Robothink (STEM centre for children)
"With the introduction of Quayside Plaza, demand has continued to be strong," said Gamuda Land twentyfive7 general manager Suzan Ong during the ceremony
"We are in ongoing discussions with the wellness, education, as well as food and beverages sectors, to form twentyfive7's mix of strong tenants," Ong added.
The 257-acre mix-integrated township is located south of Kota Kemuning. Focused on community, the town square features a quayside, seven-acre park space, and ample family-friendly activities to allow people to come together.
At the centre of it all is Quayside Mall and the upcoming Quay District, an al-fresco style commercial area.
twentyfive7 is accessible through five major highways, namely Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), The North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway (LKSA), and an upcoming highway named West Coast Expressway (WCE).
