Remember how gorgeous the Starling's Christmas decorations were last year? They're back at it again with an equally stunning display for CNY!
Themed 'Prosperity in Bloom', this time the Starling is bringing a blooming cherry blossom garden to life within the mall, in keeping to the spirit of their 'The Mall in a Park' tagline.
You'll be swept up with the auspicious festive vibes and taken over with a cheerful feeling as you stroll through the beautiful cherry blossom garden in full bloom. It's filled with photo-worthy spots so don't forget to take lots of photos!
The ‘blossoming’ concept was chosen to symbolize and bring Happiness, Longevity, Fortune, Luck, and Wealth to everyone this Spring
So take your time to feel the festivities and get cheered up by the lovely blooming ambiance, where you're encouraged to leave all negativity behind, and start the new year afresh with positive energy.
And once again, the wide-open space right in the middle (it's a Chinese garden arch this time!) will be where all the activities and performances take place from now until 19 February 2019.

Acrobatic Lion Dance by Khuan Loke Dragon and Lion Dance Association
This award-winning troupe has accumulated 23 championship awards in various international and national lion dance competitions. They will amaze you with their high pole acrobatic lion dance stunts.
Acrobatic Lion Dance & LED Dragon Dance by Kwong Ngai Lion Dance
Through their highly-skilled and impressive performances, this troupe will undoubtedly live up to their reputation as a multiple award-winning lion dance association with a current total of 76 mostly champion awards at both the National and International Level.
Street Style Lion Dance
The awesome mashup of urban and traditional dance styles will add an amazing contemporary twist to the traditional lion dance performance.
Hands Percussion
The globe-trotting Hands Percussion ensemble will showcase a pulsating and innovative drums and percussion performance. This highly-regarded and admired ensemble aims to preserve their cultural heritage while introducing new dimensions to theatrical drumming by exploring contemporary percussion music and different cultures.
Kuala Lumpur Pipes and Drums
Our nation's very own Kuala Lumpur Pipes and Drums will be putting on a unique and special performance of famous classic Chinese songs as well as Chinese New Year festive songs.
Kids Chinese Face Mask Changing
Face mask changing is an ancient Chinese dramatic art that is part of the general Sichuan Opera. Performers wear brightly coloured costumes and vivid masks, typically depicting well-known characters from the opera. Check out this fantastic art of face changing right here in Starling, as performed by 3 young talented artistes.
Chinese Blossom Children’s Dance
Watch the group of adorable children and talented teens performing a variety of entertaining and colourful Chinese traditional dances.
Fuk Luk Sau Mascots Meet & Greet
The Fuk Luk Sau a.k.a Three Star Elders are wise men who bring happiness, health, longevity, peace, security, luck, wealth, and prosperity into a home. Come on over to meet the Fuk Luk Sau mascots on stage and don't forget to bring along your family for a fun photography session.
God of Prosperity Mascot Walkabout
The God of Prosperity mascot will be will be making his way around the mall to greet shoppers and wish them good fortune for this Chinese New Year. Make sure to take a picture with him if you're lucky enough to catch him.
The Oriental Fusion
Listen to a Chinese fusion music ensemble with vocalist singing classic and popular Chinese songs.
