Celebrate All Things Merry With ANTE's New Christmas Set Menu

Now, this is what we call a feast!

Christmas is a time for joy and laughter.

And there's even more reasons to be happy this festive season as ANTE will be launching their Christmas set menu in December!

With the pork-centric restaurant featuring a wider, more exotic assortment of internationally-sourced ingredients in their set menu, there's no doubt that the dishes will be brimming with tantalising flavours.

Titled "Christmas of the New Decade", ANTE's set menu will be serving up four courses

Kicking off the lavish meal will be the entrée of freshly baked multigrain and soft rolls

Accompanying the fresh out of the oven bread is ANTE's own house-churned Cabernet Sauvignon butter. This seemingly simple entrée is merely just an indicator of what is to come.

Following the entrée will be a refreshing scallop salad

This generous sharing plate of salad will delight its diners with skilleted giant sea scallops, candied walnuts, apple slices, baby spinach, and rocket, all tossed together in a house-made raspberry dressing.

For the main course, you can take your pick from two mouth-watering dishes

For those who want to pig-out, ANTE will be serving its signature Olive-Fed Pork Collar Steak.

This luscious marbled meat is unparalleled to none, and it is wonderfully paired with a special cream sauce made from imported Porcini, or King Bolete mushrooms. A side of roasted vegetables and air flown potatoes complete this main course perfectly.

If you're more inclined towards darker red meat, ANTE is offering — for the first time — English Hereford Beef Flank Steak in their Christmas menu.

Beef from these free-ranging Herefordshire cattle exude a distinctive aroma when cooked. This steak is packed with flavour, and it is no surprise that taste and quality are the well-known features of Hereford beef.

Finally, ANTE's Chocolate Delice will certainly end this meal on a high note

This exquisite dessert is made using premium, rich Valrhona Grand Cru vintage chocolates. It is served with a summer berry compote on top of crisp hazelnut praline.
