TikTok Awards Malaysia 2024: Tang Guo Wins 'Food Creator Of The Year'
She is known as the 'kampung girl' who promotes traditional Malaysian food on the platform.

Tang Guo has won the 'Food Creator of the Year' award at TikTok Awards Malaysia 2024
The popular content creator won in the category of Judges' Choice that included five others at the ceremony taking place at Dewan Merdeka, World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur today, 11 August.
With this year's theme 'Celebrating New Dreams', TikTok Awards Malaysia 2024 aims to shine a spotlight on local creators and their content, while showcasing Malaysian culture to the world.
Others nominated for the 'Food Creator of the Year' category include:

- @hishamraustv

- @inshaneats
In total, the awards feature 12 categories that are divided into two main segments β Judges' Choice and People's Choice
The Judges' Choice panel includes social media influencer and entrepreneur Khairul Aming, TikTok Content Operations for Southeast Asia general manager Angga Anugrah Putra, Media Prima TV Networks and Primeworks Studios' CEO Nini Yusof.
Meanwhile, for the People's Choice categories, fans had the opportunity to vote for their favourite content creators from 25 July to 9 August.
